This will be an event in collaboration with ACTE Centre. ACTE Centre Chair, Chris Crowley will be hosting this event in Hong Kong. The first prerequisite for successfully carrying out business abroad is for staff to apply for the right visas. However, rapidly changing visa entry requirements make it very difficult for businesses to keep up with the changes. This is especially true in the extremely complex visa environment in Asia.

When should travelers apply for short-term versus long-term visas? Should they apply for tourist or business visas? What inside tricks can be used to expedite the visa application process? A barrister from Fragomen will be ACTE’s Power Luncheon speaker to enlighten participants’ knowledge in this area.

Fragomen is an internationally recognized immigration law firm with over 1,000 legal and immigration professionals worldwide. Fragomen has focused exclusively on the practice of immigration law for almost 60 years. As a result, they have developed extensive resources for managing worldwide, regional and country-specific immigration programs and visa processing.
