Recently, Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited led by AM. Dechit Charoenwong, Vice President- Flight Operations (2nd from right) and Ms. Chanthip Thongkanya, Vice President- Office of President (1st from left) welcomed the seventh brand-new ATR 72-600 at Suvarnabhumi Airport.
This new-generation ATR72-600 is manufactured by ATR from France. It is equipped with state of the art full-glass cockpit monitoring and control systems plus feature high comfort layout seating for 70 passengers with larger overhead bins to enhance passenger convenience and contentment.
The freshly delivered ATR 72-600 will be added to the services on some of the airline’s exotic destinations such as Samui, Sukhothai, Trat, Lampang, Luang Prabang, Yangon, Mandalay and Siem Reap.
Currently, Bangkok Airways’ fleet consists of 35 aircrafts; 8 ATR72-500s, 7 ATR72-600s, 8 A320s, and 12 A319s.
