Our Executive Chef Ray Lam handpicks the fresh and succulent Australian Wagyu beef to prepare a variety of beef dishes with different cooking methods for your enjoyment.
Chef’s recommendations include Japanese Wagyu Beef Shabu Shabu served at cooking station. Wagyu beef and assorted vegetables with seasoned soup can warm up your body in winter.
