Chef’s recommendations include Lobster Tempura, which is briny and crispy. For those who are hotpot fans, Wagyu Beef Shabu Shabu with Hokkaido 3.6 Milk will surely be your right choice. It is made for you a-la-minute at the showing cooking counter.
Wagyu Beef Teppanyaki is a must-try item. The dish highlights the natural flavor of Wagyu beef which is juicy and tender. Japanese food lovers should not miss the Assorted Yakitori, salmon roll with cheese, Fukushima minced chicken with cheese skewer, asparagus and bacon roll plus many more will be served during the buffet on rotation basis.
Other recommendations include Flamed Salmon Sushi, Deep-fried Chicken Japanese Style, Cod Fish Roe with Cheese and Potato, Tosa Bean Curd with Foie Gras, Beef and Enoki with Foie Gras Roll, Pork and Ginger with Rice plus many more.

from 2 January 2014 from 6:30pm to 9:30pm daily, at $358 per adult and $258 per child Monday through Thursday, and $388 per adult and $288 per child Friday through Sunday and Public Holidays.
