Allium debuts an All-You-Can-Eat Pig Roast on Tuesdays beginning January 14 and a Midwest Style Fish Fry on Fridays beginning January 17. Both All-You-Can-Eat specials will be available through February 28, 2014.
AYCE Pig Roast Tuesdays
On Tuesday nights take a taste bud tour of Chicago with a whole pig roast and menu inspired by the city’s ethnic neighbourhoods including:
Pulled shoulder tacos with pickled onion, cilantro and queso fresco
Roasted loin with creamy polenta, braised kale and jardinera
Ham and shank with kimchi broth and quail egg
Pineapple upside-down cake with toasted coconut-rum ice cream
The All-You-Can Eat Pig Roast is USD 32.00 per person and available for dinner only on Tuesdays from January 14 to February 25, 2014.
AYCE Fish Fry Fridays
Fridays are “Fry”days at Allium with a special Midwestern Style AYCE Fish Fry Menu that includes:
Beer battered Wisconsin walleye
Cole slaw, hush puppies, hand cut fries
Tartar sauce, house hot sauce
Winter citrus meringue pie
The AYCE Midwest Style Fish Fry is USD 32.00 per person and is available for lunch and dinner on Fridays from January 17 through February 28, 2014.
