Top chefs from around the globe are rattling their pots and pans in an effort win over the hearts and stomachs of around 30,000 visitors, all keen to learn of new and inventive ways to enjoy Christmas feeds.
Intrepid foodies can mingle with the likes of Michel Roux Jnr. and television chef Gizzie Erskine at a venue buzzing with all the excitement of a Michelin star kitchen in full flow.
Held over four days from November 21, the culinary wonderland offers everything from food stalls run by some of the world’s top restaurants (including The Hix Group, Disco Bistro and Beard to Tail) to intimate demonstrations and talks by household name cooks and chefs.
