Chef Luca Moriconi and his team at Vivace have introduced a fresh, exciting and lively new menu that features rustic classic Italian recipes blended with the summer’s freshest and most local ingredients.
There is a new section on the menu known as “Chef Luca’s Market,” which will feature four to six dishes that will change weekly and will be based on all the freshest products available in the local market.
Some of new items on the menu include gluten-free wagyu carpaccio, burrata peaches, a mushroom risotto with truffle paste, and a slow cooked and seared salmon fillet, among many other selections to choose from. With this exciting menu comes amazing desserts, with the introduction of three new dishes including the most modern tiramisu the eyes have ever seen.
