The Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) – the voice of the global business travel industry – and German business travel buyer association VDR –announced that Ms Elena Donio, President of Concur, will be a featured speaker at GBTA Conference 2016 Frankfurt in Partnership with VDR, taking place in Frankfurt, 14-16 November.
Ms Donio will participate in the conference’s opening industry Centre Stage session in a one-to-one interview with GBTA’s Executive Director and COO, Michael W. McCormick.

Elena Donio has over 20 years of experience in fast-paced technology companies. Since joining Concur in 1998 through the acquisition of 7Software, a Palo Alto start-up, Ms. Donio has played an instrumental role in evolving Concur’s business from licensed, enterprise software to cloud-based services. She became president of Concur in December 2014 after serving in a variety of leadership roles at the company, including head of worldwide sales and marketing, head of product management and executive vice president and general manager, worldwide small & mid-size businesses.
The Europe conference will take place November 14-16 in Frankfurt, Germany at The Forum at Messe Frankfurt. This is the third year that GBTA and VDR have collaborated on this event, which is now Europe’s largest business travel conference with over 1,000 delegates from more than 20+ countries expected to attend. There is no better event in Europe for travel buyers to network with their peers, hear from industry leaders, meet with suppliers and receive quality education.
