Travelers from more than 160 different countries have voted Denver International Airport (DIA) the Best Airport Staff Service in North America in the 2014 World Airport Awards. DIA was also recognized as one of the top-10 airports in the world and the No. 3 airport in North America by Skytrax, a worldwide leader in airport research services who conducts the largest annual airport customer satisfaction survey.
“From our airport employees, contractors and volunteers to our partners at the TSA, the FAA, Customs and Border Patrol, our airlines, and concessionaires, Denver International Airport strives to provide a world-class passenger experience at every level, every day,” said Denver’s Manager of Aviation Kim Day. “For a traveler, the first impression of the region is often shaped upon arrival at DIA and that customer experience, so we work hard to make it a great one.

The Skytrax World Airport Awards are among the most prestigious accolades for the world airport industry.

Skytrax World Airport Awards recognized DIA in several categories including:

Ranked 2 for Best Regional Airports in North America
Ranked 3 for Best Airports in North America
Ranked 5 for World’s Best Domestic Airport
Ranked 9 for World’s Best Airports serving more than 50 million passengers, the only North American Airport to make the top 10.
