Four-Seasons-Resort-300x168Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas invites “everybunny” out to Café on the Green for the annual Easter Brunch Buffet on April 20, 2014 from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm.

 

Executive Chef Christof Syré has prepared a mouthwatering menu featuring an array of stations such as International Fire and Ice Seafood, sushi, pasta and waffle and pain perdue. For the meat lover, the carving station tempts with items such as oven roast leg of lamb with black mission fig reduction, Lone Star dry rubbed pork loin, or a choice of entrees including black angus roasted striploin, curly spinach and goat cheese chicken breast, or pan seared corvina.
 

Make sure to save room for the Dessert Room. That’s right. There is an entire room dedicated to Executive Pastry Chef Randy Gehman’s sinful sweets including chocolate carmel bread pudding, carrot cake with mascarpone, vanilla panna cotta with blueberry compote, and white chocolate raspberry silk tarts, to name a few.

 
Brunch will also feature live entertainment and a child-friendly buffet with kids’ favourite entrees and desserts. The price is USD 72.00 for adults and USD 35.00 for children ages 6 – 12.
