Fort-in-river-Thames-sold-and-may-have-future-tourism-valueThe abandoned property in the middle of the Thames River has been sold for £400,000 to estate agents Riverhomes.

The fort was a bomb proof disused property which is now in dilapidated conditions.

The property has been brought at a bargain for £400,000. Properties in London are quite expensive and you cannot even buy a one bedroom flat in central London tower block for this amount.

The place will need a complete renovation but once done it will be quite a property to look forward to.

The view from this fort is something to die for. If the place is turned to a nightclub with accessibility through speed boats or some other tourist attraction then London will have another feather in its cap for adding to its novelty themed tourism venues that will amaze the world.
