Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza congratulates Ahmed Ayoub on his promotion to Director of Rooms.
Ayoub’s 12 year career with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is marked with a series of industry experiences in different key departments within the Rooms Division, including concierge, front office, spa, safety and reservations, where he proved his excellent leadership and team playing skills.
Ayoub started his career at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence in September 2002, joining the company as Safety & Loss Prevention Officer. A year later he joined the reservations team as Reservation Sales Agent. He kicked off his Rooms career as Concierge agent in January 2006 and gradually worked his way up until he became Assistant Chef Concierge. He moved around the Rooms Division becoming Hotel Assistant Manager, Chef Concierge, Spa Manager and finally Front Office Manager in 2011. In August 2012 and being fond of new challenges he started management training in Housekeeping & Laundry.
With so much experience gained Ayoub joined Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza as Front Office Manager in 2013 and in quite a short period of time he proved to be the professional needed to lead this important division.
