Four Seasons Hotel Denver Announces New Executive Pastry Chef

PURA-VIDA-IN-300x168Four Seasons Hotel Denver announces Ryan Schmitt as Executive Pastry Chef. Schmitt joins Four Seasons Hotel Denver from Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel, in Beverly Hills, California, where he served as Assistant Pastry Chef for the past two years.

Previously, Schmitt was the assistant pastry chef at Gordon Ramsay and The London West Hollywood, a 200-room hotel and Michelin rated restaurant. His additional experience includes serving as the lead pastry cook at Carmel Valley Ranch in Carmel, California and pastry cook at Boca Raton Resort & Club in Florida.

“We are delighted to welcome Ryan Schmitt to our fabulous food and beverage team,” says Chris DeChillo, director of food and beverage at Four Seasons Hotel Denver. “With his 10 years of pastry experience in a variety of establishments from large to small, Ryan is going to bring a lot of talent and creativity to the pastry team at Four Seasons Hotel Denver.”

Schmitt is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu at Orlando Culinary Academy in Orlando, Florida.
