This treatment is great for soothing sports injuries and provides relief from migraines and headaches by reducing inflammation of blood vessels. The cool white marble stones provide deep relaxation and decrease swelling of over-worked or injured muscles and scar tissue while improving circulation. The stones reduce soreness and draw heat from the body to boost energy levels. The only luxury spa in the city to offer this treatment, the 20 minute Cold Stone therapy can be added to any massage treatment for an additional USD 70.00.
Additional Offerings that are also Cool:

Lastly, the hotel recognizes its existing cool amenities and those from BOURBON STEAK and The Spa. Families traveling to Washington can book the Capital City Family Package where youngsters will enjoy camping in the city. Rooms come equipped with a tent, fudge cake “burgers”, sugar dough “fries,” and s’mores on a stick. Young guests are also treated to kid’s bathrobes and slippers and to stay entertained the hotel also provides Wii consoles, National Geographic Kids magazines, and an on-site scavenger hunt with a prize at the end. Back at the hotel families will also receive complimentary internet and parking as well as a movie to watch around the campfire. Room rates starting at USD 645.00.

The new ice program is from the bar at BOURBON STEAK. Ice can do more than keep a drink cold and these 10 unique blends enhance a drink rather than dilute it. In a variety of shapes, sizes, and infusions, cocktails are subtly altered with each sip. Ordering a cocktail on the rocks has never been quite like this. With such creative cocktails at the bar, the coasters are no different. No cheesy pickup lines here, some of BOURBON STEAK’s coasters read, “I couldn’t help noticing you, noticing me, noticing you,” and just in time for the holidays, “Can I have your picture so I can show Santa what I want for Christmas?” With more than 7 ways to start a conversation, there’s never a dull moment at BOURBON STEAK’s bar.

The Spa at Four Seasons offers Night Spa, a private after hours treatment with exclusive use of the pool level. With the package guests will receive two monogrammed bathrobes, a bouquet of flowers, two 80-minute massages, a personalized Michael Mina dining experience with a bottle of wine or champagne and the option to add a night in one of our luxurious Premier Rooms or Suites.
