Nothing compares with the happy moments exploring the world with your kids, to create a sweeter and warmer travelling experience for family passengers, Hong Kong Airlines, the internationally-acclaimed full-service airline takes its inflight service “Sweeten You Up” to a new level, Happy Angels will be assigned on our flights to provide extra care to kids, ensuring a carefree journey for parents.
On each Hong Kong Airlines flight there will be one Happy Angel assigned to provide dedicated services to family passengers, our Happy Angels can be easily recognized by the specially designed pin they wear. Happy Angels will proactively assist kids to settle in their seats, brief parents or guardians about inflight safety guideline and provide priority inflight meals ordering service to smoothen the journey.
Have some fun onboard! Kids aged between 3 to 11 will receive a Travel Journal and colour pencils from Happy Angels*. Inside the Travel Journal there are mini games and collection space which help kids organize their boarding passes, autographs of Senior Purser and Captain all in one journal.
To help more people understand our “Sweeten You Up” services and introduce Happy Angel to family passengers, Hong Kong Airlines co-operates with popular local illustrator “Lobintan” to create funny comic strips, which will be seen on all our social media platforms starting this August. Mother of a daughter herself, “Lobintan” knows the best and worst part of travelling with young kids and her experiences reflected through illustrations will definitely catch the hearts of every parent.
