IMPACT will be hosting the BMAM EXPO ASIA 2014 – The 7th International Exhibition and Conference on property management, building maintenance & facilities management. The organizers anticipate that growth of commercial building and factory in ASEAN region will help the event succeed with over 150 exhibitors in building industry from around the world.
15,000 buyers and visitors are expected to participate in the expo.
Mr. Ajinveat Vhongthong, Project Manager of Exhibition Project Department of IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd., as the organizer of BMAM EXPO ASIA 2014 said “Thailand is a second largest area in Asia Pacific which has 67 million populations. It is one of the highest densities of commercial and residential buildings in ASEAN. Bangkok has the highest number of commercial buildings in ASEAN with more than 8 Million SQM. 140,000 factories and over 50 industrial estates are operated in Thailand.
Foreign investors direct investments fueling the growth of commercial and industrial property including improvement on standard and quality of property management and building maintenance & facilities management. Both government and private sectors awake to prepare business plan for AEC including Thailand’s real estate market.
To serve the demand of the real estate market, IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. (Exhibition Project) gears up to host the International Exhibition and Conference on property management as well as building maintenance & facilities management, namely BMAM Expo Asia 2014 as the 7th edition on 18th – 20th September 2017 at Hall 5 IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, Bangkok, Thailand. The event aims to be a core platform to gather products, services and technologies including international conferences and academic seminars from professionals concerning the outlook of growth sectors in Thailand and ASEAN after AEC.
The BMAM Expo Asia 2013, reached out to 13,000 buyers as well as more than 1,200 delegates from the building & construction and facilities industry over 4 days. Besides, there were more than 150 of the world leading companies that launched products and innovation in the BMAM Expo Asia. A poll showed that 90% of the exhibitors were satisfied with the show, whereas 89% of the exhibitors recognized the show as an important platform to reach out to their customers and created more sales prospects.
