Incheon International Airport Corporation was awarded with the Grand Prize in ‘Service Innovation’ sector and with the Best Award in ‘Customer Service’ field on ‘the Internet Eco Award 2013’ and ‘the Smart App Award 2013’ ceremony held by Korea Internet Professional Association(KIPFA) in support with Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning and National Information Society Agency.
‘Incheon Guide’ has received high evaluation from about 2,000 internet professionals covering such aspects as design, UI/UX, contents and the others of total app quality.
Innovative service with the use of high technology raised an excellent reaction, which brought Incheon Airport the KIPFA’s President Award Prize in ‘Service Innovation’ sector. This app embeds the real time road guide, as well as informing the welcoming guide upon the arrival of the passengers.
In addition to this, providing augmented reality, the location of parked vehicle, real time airport bus information which is connected to the bus information service(BIS), shopping information and other information and services necessary when use Incheon Airport is a distinct feature of this app.
