We’re pleased to announce an upgrade to our intelligent event participation solutions. The upgrade brings new, ground-breaking features to our event apps, web portals, content management system, meetings management tool and even adds a new contributor portal for exhibitors.
Our clients, and their clients, can expect many new innovative features that equate to an easier-to-use, more advanced and faster solution.
So, what’s the deal?
First of all, our upgraded GenieBuilder content management system boasts a cleaner, more simplified interface and faster infrastructure through the addition of a cutting-edge widget library, easy to use app and website builders and more visualization options to show how your solution will look once it’s done.
The new Exhibitor and Speaker portals are stand-out and brand new products for 2014, and have been designed for contributors to your event to manage their own profile, materials and diaries, allowing them to actively gain the most from their event attendance, whilst releasing some of the burden on organizers in managing exhibitors and speakers.
Enhancements to our Gamification makes ours the most flexible and versatile in the business, giving customers limitless choice in how they can implement games at their events. Gamification is designed to drive desired attendee behaviors and maximize event success through gaming techniques. The feature is highly configurable, allowing organizers to set up games involving goals for check-ins, attendance, profile updates, networking activity, providing feedback and much more. Whatever the specific goals for the event, the new release of gamification is designed to improve on them by boosting activity.
Further functionality in MeetingsConnect to support more types of meeting programs now allows organizers to implement meeting quotas for attendees so users can hit a ‘per day’ or ‘per event’ target when setting up meetings. This is perfect for Hosted Buyer programs where buyers are committed to a certain number of meetings. And to give more flexibility to the meeting process, attendees can now auto-confirm meetings, removing the need for other participants to accept an invitation.
Many of our customers’ solutions contain sensitive and confidential information and in order to guarantee the security after the event we have developed Auto Log-Out. This will ensure that the sensitive information is inaccessible after a date set by the organizer. So you can have peace of mind that if a device falls into the wrong hands, your information will be safe.
Advances in our QR Code scanning allows innovative uses to enhance the event. Users can scan codes representing any record or action in the app and it will ‘shortcut’ to there. Also, QR codes can be time-bound to prove that people were in a certain place at a certain time, supporting the recording of session attendance, gamification check-ins and exhibition visits.
Plus, our industry leading multi-event app is now available on Windows 8 too.
