Jumeirah Beach Hotel has appointed Marianne Fitzgerald as the new Hotel Manager.
Marianne Fitzgerald, an Austrian national, has over 20 years’ experience in the hotel and tourism industry, she holds a great deal of knowledge in different areas of the Food and Beverage and Banquet department.
Marianne has a strong background in Human Resource management including recruitment and training. In her previous role, as an Executive Assistant Manager at Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, she was in charge of the complete front of house and back of house operations, managing a team of 420 staff members.
General Manager of Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Mahmoud Sakr, commented: “It is with great pleasure that we welcome Marianne to the Jumeirah Beach Hotel team. Marianne has over 20 years of experience and brings to the team a great deal of knowledge and enthusiasm. With her excellent communication and teambuilding skills, she is the perfect candidate for this role.”
In her new role, Marianne will oversee the operational departments, including Food and Beverage, Rooms Division and Housekeeping.
