Kenya Airways wishes to inform its customers and the general public that it will resume flights to Juba on January 2, 2014.
This follows suspension of the flights to Juba between December 24, 2013 and December 31, 2013.
The following guidelines will apply for unutilized tickets for the travel period between December 16, 2013 and December 31, Dec 2013.
One free change shall be allowed for passengers already holding unutilized tickets. Rebooking to be done on same class as originally booked.
For fully unutilised tickets full refund shall be allowed for passengers who were booked to travel on or before 31st Dec 2013.
Partially utilized tickets shall be refunded less the used portion
