Kenya Airways suspends flights to/from Juba

kenya-airwaysKenya Airways wishes to inform its customers and the general public that all flights to and from Juba in South Sudan have been suspended between December 24, 2013 and December 31, 2013.

The flights affected are:

KQ350 NBO-JUB
KQ351 JUB-NBO
KQ352 NBO-JUB
KQ353 JUB-NBO
KQ354 NBO-JUB
KQ355 JUB – NBO

Following guidelines apply for tickets issued before 23rd Dec 2013:-

For passengers booked to travel between 24th Dec and 31st Dec 2013:-

• One free change shall be allowed.

• Full refund for fully unutilized tickets shall be allowed to passengers who were booked
to travel during the above mentioned period.

• partially utilized tickets shall be refunded less the used portion

• In-voluntary re-routing via EBB shall be allowed if the passenger is willing to meet the
JUB-EBB costs We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
