Las Vegas Selected As Host Destination For 2014 Group International Aviation Forecast Summit

las-vegas-logoLas Vegas and the Clark County Department of Aviation will host top aviation executives from around the world at the 19th Annual International Aviation Forecast Summit. Boyd Group International, an aviation research, forecast and consulting firm, has selected Las Vegas for the annual conference, scheduled for Aug. 24-26 at Wynn Las Vegas.

“Las Vegas was built to host people, and we are ready to showcase the energy and excitement of the destination to the world’s aviation leaders,” said Rossi Ralenkotter, President/CEO of the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority. “Las Vegas is the perfect setting to discuss the future of the industry and delegates attending the Boyd Group International Aviation Forecast Summit will see first-hand the investment and business activity taking place in the destination.”

“The Clark County Department of Aviation looks forward to hosting our industry peers and partners, and showcasing all that our great community has to offer, when Las Vegas welcomes the Boyd Group International Aviation Forecast Summit next summer,” said Director Rosemary Vassiliadis.

The Boyd Group International Aviation Forecast Summit will highlight many current issues facing the aviation industry, including traffic forecasts that will impact the future of aviation, global airline fleet demand, and aviation industry trends. Summit organizers expect several hundred airline and airport executives to attend the conference, along with other leaders from the aviation industry. The Summit’s unique discussion format allows attendees to interact with industry CEOs and high level executives.
