Melbourne Airport’s November traffic passenger results

Melbourne-airportMelbourne Airport has achieved 4 per cent international growth in November compared to the same period last year, to reach 602,766 international passengers. Melbourne Airport CEO Chris Woodruff said that international services continued to grow. “We are continuing to work with our airline customers to bring more choice and flexibility for Victorians and for visitors to our great state.” “In November, Malaysia Airlines commenced their third daily service to the popular destination of Kuala Lumpur and we were thrilled with Jetstar’s recent announcement to commence flights to Japan next year, the first direct service from Melbourne to Tokyo in five years.” Melbourne Airport will finish the year with a number of projects completed or underway to upgrade and expand its facilities and infrastructure to improve the overall passenger experience.
