Yoga and meditation is an intense weave of eastern traditions with special healing of the whole body known to humanity since ancient times. All the exercises have a common goal: to simultaneously work with body, soul and mind to achieve balance and harmony between these important components.
Yoga is designed to teach people how to effectively collect and keep positive life energy, eliminate discomfort, cope with stress, how to lose weight, to be active throughout one’s life. As participants in the new yoga classes at Four Seasons Hotel Baku, guests will experience a renewed sense of ease in their lives, as it will help them become an active participant in healing while gaining a sense of control.
The sessions are offered by a talented yoga master who has been teaching and practicing yoga workshops since 1999, Sharon Fredericks. Each class includes very gentle yoga Hatha and Vinyasa that will leave guests feeling calm and renewed.
Classes will be offered every Monday from 10:30 to 11:30 am and Wednesday from 6:00 to 7:30 pm on the Jaleh Spa’s lavishly relaxation lounge under the calming music as its backdrop, beginning in August 2014.
