First flight from Ukraine to Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa has recently been made successfully with good impressions of the tourists it carried, opening a prospect of a new market for the tropical city’s tourism.
Good impressions on Nha Trang
Most of the first tourists from Ukraine had a lot of good impressions about the beach city.
“After a 12-hour long flight, we reached Nha Trang and got the warm welcome from the locals at the airport. We’re very happy with that. I think I will have an interesting vacation here”, said Olga, one of the first passengers.
“Vietnamese smiles made a strong impression on me”, Ahdpeu, another passenger excitedly uttered.
“From the childhood, I’ve heard a lot about Vietnam and the wars which happened here in the past. I want to come to this land to see it with my own eyes. When setting foot here, I see a peaceful and beautiful land”, he added.
Of the 261 passengers, 20 were from travel firms in Ukraine. They came to find out opportunities of tourism business and cooperation in Nha Trang.
“My duty is surveying tours and services in Nha Trang to make plans to bring tourists from Ukraine to the land”, said Taran Tatiana, director of Kiev-based Sekhmet Travel Company.
Vaxili, from a tourist company in Kharkov, said, “The friendly welcome of Nha Trang people makes the tourists feel very satisfactory.”
Thousands of Ukrainian tourists to fly to Nha Trang
According to Anh Duong Tourist Company, the organizer of the charter flights from Ukraine, there will be such a flight with more than 200 passengers every week till April, 2014. Thus, the tropical city will have a chance to welcome thousands of tourists from Ukraine. This is a good sign for the growth of tourists to Nha Trang.
“After success of the first flight, we hope that bringing tourists from Ukraine to Nha Trang will go well like that to Russian tourists”, said Anh Duong Tourist president Hoang Thi Phong Thu.
During the past time, Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa has attracted a large number of international tourists from all over the world, especially from Russia. Warm climate, beautiful landscape, hospitality, good facilities, convenient services and many special tourist products in Nha Trang are attractions to Russian tourists.
Ukrainian tourists have a lot of similarities with Russian in language, hobbies and living standards. For the reason, the local authorities are expecting the big increases in tourist from Ukraine.
