Qatar Airways has launched a credit and debit card payment facility at the airline’s contact centre in Ahmedabad reiterating its commitment to delivering five-star experience on air and on ground for the comfort of its passengers in India.
The State-of-the-art contact centre which serves more than 1,000 customers daily will now be equipped to issue tickets and process secure payments through credit and debit cards thanks to a secure Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system.
The IVR system can be accessed by calling the contact centre on 079 3061 6000.
Upon calling, passengers will be presented with the option of choosing standard or automated IVR processing, depending on their preference and convenience.
The IVR payment gateway accepts major credit and debit cards issued by VISA and Mastercard and the contact centre is operational seven-days-a-week from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm.
Qatar Airways’ Country Manager India, Mr. Henry Moses said, “As a global brand, Qatar Airways is known for setting new industry benchmarks and product innovations to further enhance the travel experience for our customers.
