Quadrum Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Moscow and Josper invite guests to try a very special “Passion for Grilling” menu. From October 17 to 20, 2016 a series of gastronomic lunches and dinners will feature signature meals from the restaurant’s renowned chefs.
Passion for Grilling is a joint project of the Italian restaurant Quadrum and the legendary producer of ovens with built-in grill Josper. The special menu for the Passion for Grilling week was created by Josper chef Manu Yebras, chef Albert Adria, owner of two restaurants that were included in the World’s 100 Best Restaurants list, and Four Seasons Hotel Moscow Executive Chef David Hemmerle.
For only four days Quadrum will be serving its guests with unique meals. Traditional melted Spanish omelette with chorizo as appetiser is to be followed by the roasted leek soup with smoky apple puree and scallops; grilled beetroot carpaccio with pork crunchy bites and pear aioli; or Josper king crab with three types of butter (orange, tarragon, ciboulette). The two main courses are tenderloin and Pont Neuf potatoes with grilled truffles; or broiled sea bass with muttabal and squids.
