Saudia Private Airline (SPA), an investment wing of Saudia, signed an agreement with Mohammed Yousuf Naghi Motors, agents of Jaguar and Land Rover in the Kingdom on December 23, 2013 to use Jaguar XJ as an official car to transport the airline’s very important customers in major Saudi airports.
Mr. Faisal bin Ghazi Kayyal, CEO of SPA, and Mr. Ehab Allam, CEO of Naghi Motors, signed the agreement at the airline’s new lounge at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah.
“The agreement comes as part of SPA’s efforts to improve its services to customers and unify the standard of its services,” said Mr. Kayyal. SPA has categorized its customers into Silver, Gold and Platinum and has a fleet of 10 aircraft with luxurious facilities. The airline has launched its new slogan “Your SPA in the Sky.”
In his statement on the occasion, Mr. Allam described the agreement as the beginning of a long-term partnership between the two organizations. “It will ensure excellent services to the airline’s VIP customers in different Saudi airports,” he said, adding that the agreement would benefit both sides. “We’ll provide excellent services to Jaguar owners in the Kingdom,” he added.
In accordance with the agreement, SPA customers will be transported on Jaguar XJ from the airline’s lounge to the plane and back. The service will be available at King Abdulaziz Airport in Jeddah, King Khaled Airport in Riyadh, King Fahd Airport in Dammam and Prince Muhammad Airport in Madinah.
