Singapore Goes One Stop Non Stop this September

Tourism-Board-of-SingaporeSingapore is once again set to get hearts racing with the Grand Prix Season Singapore  from 12- 21 September 2014.Themed “One Stop Non Stop”, GPSS 2014 will be held across several precincts replete with the best lifestyle experiences – party away at Amber Lounge, Podium Lounge and Bacchanalia, re-fuel with flavourful cuisines at Ujong and Artichoke;

 

indulge in retail therapy with Public Garden and dazzle with beautiful jewellery designed by Choo Yilin; make a pit stop at the National Museum of Singapore to learn about the nation’s history of motor racing, or enjoy the combination of stunning aesthetics and breathtaking equestrian techniques at Cavalia, here in Singapore for the first time. With more than 70 events, activities and promotions, GPSS 2014 promises to be one season with so much to do and see, at any time of the day.

Their diverse suite of lifestyle offerings has made Grand Prix Season Singapore 2014 an even more dynamic and exhilarating season for locals and visitors to enjoy around the clock in close proximity to the Marina Bay Circuit”, says Ms Jean Ng, Director, Sports, Singapore Tourism Board.
 

“Innovative and experiential concepts remain key to GPSS, and we are very encouraged that many of our returning and new partners are presenting enhanced and creative new concepts for 2014”, added Ms Ng.​

 
The 2014 Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix remains the only night street race in the global Formula One Circuit. Ticket holders can also look forward to in-circuit concert headliners such as Mayday, Robbie Williams and Jennifer Lopez as well as Pet Shop Boys, John Legend and Ziggy Marley. Various fringe acts and performances will also be available throughout the circuit. Beyond the circuit, stakeholders in various precincts such as Civic District, Chinatown, Bras Basah-Bugis and Marina Bay, are also geared up with high-octane experiences for locals and visitors to soak up the race atmosphere.
