This Valentine’s Day, The Woods is creating an atmosphere where lovers can spoil each other over a romantic three-course dinner at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney.
A glass of NV Louis Roederer Brut Premier on arrival will set hearts racing, followed by an entrée of carpaccio of scampi with Per Sé caviar, finger lime, pine nuts and sorrel. Couples will then indulge in a shared wood roasted Berkshire pork loin with apple, saltbush and crackling, followed by a chocolate-inspired dessert, for AUD 110.00 per person.
Diners can also order from the seasonal a la carte menu that features a selection of wood-inspired dishes including wood-roast spatchcock, braised beef short rib, or wood-grilled duck breast.
Of course, the most important course is dessert and The Woods doesn’t disappoint, with a selection of treats including bay leaf custard with bitter orange caramel and crostoli; sheep milk pannacotta, verjuice and green grapes; or the seasonal Woods tart.
