China’s Wine List of the Year Awards, 2014, recently bestowed the coveted 3-Glass rating on Mio, the refined Italian restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Beijing, for the restaurant’s outstanding wine list. Expert sommelier Henry Wu curated Mio’s extraordinary wine list,


balancing bottles from the old and new world, domestic and imported vintages and presenting them all with the polished flourish of impeccable Four Seasons service.

China’s Wine List of the Year Awards recognizes excellence in wine at venues throughout the country. Established in China in 2013, China’s Wine List of the Year Awards is run in conjunction with Australia’s Wine List of the Year Awards, the country’s premier national awards for wine lists. A 3-Glass rating connotes a world-class wine list.


With a focus on southern Italian cuisine, Mio is a restaurant of exceptional flavour and taste. Using only the freshest ingredients and highlighting seasonal produce, Mio’s Chef de Cuisine Marco Calenzo creates a menu that is intended to pair perfectly with Mio’s celebrated wine list.
