Three planes make emergency landing at Canada, India and U.S.

An emergency landing at Ottawa was necessary for the Air Canada flight from Vancouver which suffered hydraulics issues.

 

The plane circled the airport as normal emergency landing procedures and finally made a safe landing.

Passengers were told not to panic by the crew. The plane took off about two hours behind schedule.

Delhi bound Air India flight makes emergency landing at Kochi due to bomb threat
In another incident a bomb threat call compelled the Delhi bound Air India flight from Kochi carrying 156 passengers and eight crew members to make an emergency landing at Bangalore international airport.

After the Airbus 320 (flight AI-047) took off from Kochi at around 8.40 pm, one of the Air India offices in Delhi received a phone call saying that there was a bomb in the aircraft, they said, adding the pilot was asked soon thereafter to land at the nearest airport, which was Bangalore.

The plane was thoroughly searched by CISF after landing in the Kempegowda airport at around 10 pm on 30.06.14.

 

The passengers disembark and were later flown in a separate plane to Delhi.

Santa Ana-bound United Airlines flight makes emergency landing at Kansas as slide inflated 38,000 feet in air
The Santa Ana-bound United Airlines flight carrying 101 people on board, including 96 passengers made an eventful emergency landing at Kansas after the emergency slide inflated 38,000 feet in air and there was panic situation inside the cabin as the crew rush to contain the situation.

The plane’s emergency slides at the rear of the cabin unexpectedly began to inflate as it cruised over the Midwest, the pilot quickly descended and diverted the flight to Wichita.

The passengers were in a complete state of panic.

The back of the plane was full of the chute. They recall this flight to be the most fearful journey of their life.

The jetliner dropped from 38,000 feet to 19,000 feet in about 10 minutes after the chutes deployed and the flight was diverted.

However the pilot manages to land safely much to the relief of the passengers.

 

The plane had to be landed in a rush as there were chances that the raft could push the door open.

After landing the passengers were given hotel accommodations in Kansas for the night.
