Each day the Lufthansa Group provides countless connections between cities, countries, continents and people. And day in, day out, the company’s employees devote themselves to this task with joy and passion.
Connecting people and places also means promoting the exchange of ideas between cultures and sharing experiences. In this sense, the Lufthansa Festival of Baroque Music has been creating special connections ever since 1984.
Under the motto “ ’Tis Nature‘s Voice”, the 29th Lufthansa Festival of Baroque Music, which will be held in London from 10 – 18 May 2013, will feature the crème de la crème of the music world: the Freiburg Baroque Orchestra, the Gabrieli Consort & Players, Andreas Staier, the European Union Baroque Orchestra and the Westminster Abbey Choir, to name just a few of the performers.
The internationally renowned artists will perform a total of twelve concerts and, as every year, inspire musical flights of fantasy. The concerts will take place in Westminster Abbey, St John’s Smith Square and St Peter’s Eaton Square.
