TRIO at Four Seasons Hotel Austin announces the fall lineup for its popular Out on the Lawn dinner series, taking place on the downtown Austin hotel’s picturesque back lawn. In addition to the stunning setting – overlooking the banks of Lady Bird Lake beneath majestic Texas oaks and twinkling string lights – each event features a multi-course menu with surprise elements for a truly one-of-a-kind Austin dining experience.

Germany Dinner

September 15, 2016 at 6:30 pm
USD 95 per person
Paying homage to his roots, Executive Chef Elmar Prambs digs into his personal recipe files to present a dinner menu filled with traditional German fare ranging from housemade veal sausage and chicken schnitzel to sauerkraut and beef rouladen. 3rd Annual Seafood Dinner

In celebration of National Seafood Month, TRIO once again turns to the Texas Gulf for inspiration for its annual sea-to-plate dinner. Menu highlights will include a made-to-order crudo station, family-style entrees such as wood-grilled tuna loin and whole branzino and wine pairings by Sommelier Rania Zayyat. Spain Dinner

Viva España! TRIO honours the regional cuisines of Spain with a delicious menu featuring such traditional dishes as crispy boquerones, escarole and paella – prepared tableside over a live fire – paired with wines that thrive in the Spanish sun. View the Spain Dinner menu
