Having launched a number of significant projects in recent years in an effort to further improve recognition of its brand on a global scale, Turkish Airlines has developed a new global communications action plan, which it will launch soon.
Boasting the world’s most comprehensive flight network to the largest number of international destinations, Turkish Airlines has signed an agreement with Crispin Porter + Bogusky, one of the world’s leading advertising companies, to promote its improved service quality to an even wider audience.
Assoc. Prof. Temel Kotil, General Manager of Turkish Airlines said, “Our immediate and highest priority is to make the company the first 5-star airline in Europe. Currently we rank among the world’s top 10 airline companies; so our next goal is to rank among the world’s top 5 airline companies. We are glad that we will work with one of the world’s best advertising agencies which will help us achieve this goal.”
Andrew Keller, Crispin Porter + Bogusky CEO, said, “We are very excited about working with Turkish Airlines. The global economy focus is moving East and we, together with Turkish Airlines, anticipate changing the industry’s standards for the better and we would like to do it as soon as possible.”
Crispin Porter + Bogusky has already rolled up its sleeves to shoot the second version of the commercial “Kobe vs. Messi: Legends on Board”, which became a hit across the globe and is the most viewed commercial in YouTube’s history. The global advertising campaign, jointly developed by the agency’s London and Los Angeles offices, will soon be released across the world. Developed in conjunction with the Company’s new brand positioning strategy, launched last year, the new corporate motto will be used for the first time in the “Kobe vs. Messi” commercial video.
