On January 31, 2014 at 12 pm, a pair of lions will greet guests and spread good fortune in the lobby and restaurants. Adults and children alike will be captivated by their lively performance accompanied by resounding drum beats and the clash of cymbals.

Reunion Feasts – January 8 to February 14, 201
As corporate clients start their rounds of thank you lunches and dinners ahead of the Reunion Dinner on January 30, 2014, the menus begin on an auspicious note with the tossing of the Yu Sheng. The variety of menus feature Yu Sheng served with salmon, surf clams or lobster. In keeping with the traditions of the celebration, steamed “Soon Hock” fish with soy sauce, braised bean curd with dried oyster, black moss and “Bai Ling” mushrooms, braised pork trotter with six-head quality abalone, and stir-fried glutinous rice with preserved sausages are highlighted.

Reflecting Chef Chan’s innovative approach through nuanced flavours are dishes such as roast chicken with truffles, braised egg noodles with Kurabuta pork belly in X.O. chilli sauce and steamed Boston lobster with minced garlic.

The six-course menu (including a vegetarian option) starts from SGD 108.00++ per person.

The eight-course menu is priced from SGD 988.00 ++ per table of 10 people.

The prices are subject to 10 percent service charge and 7 percent GST.

11:30 am – 2:30 pm (lunch)
6 pm – 10 pm (dinner)
Sunday :
11 am – 1 pm (1st seating)
1:30 pm – 3 pm (2nd seating)

Prosperity Hampers, Salmon Yu Sheng, Pen Cai – January 8 to February 14, 2014
Elegantly packaged, prosperity pastries such as mixed nuts, red dates and walnut cookies; coconut “Nian Gao” and carrot cake with Chinese sausage make perfect gifts.

Alternatively, pre-packed hampers bearing gifts of superior abalone, bird’s nest with rock sugar, Japanese dried scallop and home-made X.O. chilli sauce, among other selections may be ordered. Guests may choose to order the Fortune Hamper (filled with 10 items) at SGD 328.00 or the Deluxe Hamper (filled with 13 items) at SGD 568.00.

Additionally, traditional favourites like Salmon Yu Sheng (from SGD 68.00+) and Pen Cai (from SGD 348.00+) can also be ordered in advance.

The prices are subject to 7 percent GST.

“Lo Hei” Banquet Celebrations – January 8 to February 14, 2014
For a memorable celebration with sumptuous menus by Chef Chan and his team paired up with floral arrangements by Resident Florist Linus Loh, ring in the Lunar New Year in the comfort of either the home or the hotel. Special celebration menu packages start from SGD 1,088.00++ (lunch) and SGD 1,208.00++ (dinner), per table of 10 people.
