The Deal: Two Course Menu, Wine, Parking and Dessert On-The-Go
The Totem Tasting Menu, available now through March 16 at Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel, includes two courses, a glass of wine and a grab-and-go bag of chef’s specialty caramel popcorn as well as 4-hour event parking for just $38 per person, plus tax and gratuity. The package does not show tickets. Dinner reservations can be made online via Open Table or by calling 310.576.3180.
The First Course
Choose from a variety of the hotel’s signature starters, including: Santa Monica Chili (shrimp, Baja sea scallops, lump crap, roasted garlic and fava beans) or Farmers’ Market Field Greens Salad (grilled butternut squash, maple-toasted pecans, goat cheese fritters, and cranberry vinaigrette) or Chef’s Cauliflower and Cheese soup.
The Main Course
Choose from a variety of health-conscious and locally-sourced seafood entrees: Crispy Seared Steel Head Salmon (with fingerling potatoes and leek confit), or Farmer’s Market Roasted Chicken (with Weiser Farm potatoes and roasted vegetable hash), or Seafood Bouillabaisse (Sea bass, clams, shrimp and crab claws) or Vegan Grilled Vegetable Tower (cous cous pilaf, roasted pepper coulis, baby arugula salad, balsamic glaze).
Wine and Dessert
Sip a glass of Loews Hotels’ private label wine with a choice of: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc. Enjoy a grab-and-go chef’s homemade caramel popcorn for dessert.
