Where equines meets wine! The Mount Barker Co-operative Ltd Grapes and Gallops festival in Western Australia is a combined event of country horse racing and a wine festival.
Featuring the AUD90,000 Mungerup Sprint, there will be 10 horse races on the day plus local wineries showing their award-winning wines and regional food. Get dressed up and find a hat, come and try a glass of the winning International Riesling with local Oysters and watch the horses race.
A great family event in Mount Barker not to be missed. The event will take place on January 19, 2014.
