Success for Kota Permai at the Asian Golf Monthly Awards 2013

KotaPermaiGCC-26nov13KOTA PERMAI GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB has been voted the 1st runner up for Best Course in Malaysia, 6th Best Maintained Course in Asia Pacific and 10th Best Course in Asia Pacific by the Asian Golf Monthly Awards 2013. Their sister Club Horizon Hills Golf & Country Club has been voted as the 3rd runner up for Best Course in Malaysia. The Asia Pacific Golf Summit (APGS) 2013 has just wounded up in Jakarta, the Indonesian capital city where the three-day Conference and Gala Awards was staged at the plush Shangri-La Hotel Jakarta on November 5 – 7; which has been widely declared as the finest to date, which is the seventh in series.

Upon bestowed the Awards, Tang Meng Loon, Gamuda Land Group General Manager of Club Operations and Township said “We would not be able to achieve this great success without commitment, dedication and hard work by the staff as well as support and cooperation by our members. This international recognition has definitely strived us to be highly motivated to work harder to maintain Kota Permai as one of the top premier golf clubs in Asia Pacific region”.

Mike Sebastian, the Asia Pacific Golf Group Chief Executive Officer said ““The performance of Kota Permai Golf & Country Club at this year’s Asian Golf Monthly awards is further validation of the very high standards that the club maintains both in terms of service delivery and the general maintenance of its course. More than 300 delegates from over 20 countries participated in the conference and the event was presented by the Asia Pacific Chapter of the Club Managers Association and produced by the Asia Pacific Golf Group. South Korean professional golfer K.J. Choi and Indonesia billionaire, golf course owner and golf pioneer Dr. Ir. Ciputra also graced the event.
