Marriott Honored as Corporation of the Year

The Washington, D.C., chapter of the National Black MBA Association (DCNBMBAA) honored Marriott International as its Corporation of the Year for its demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion and its long-term partnership with the chapter. Accepting the award along with other Marriott associates was Bancroft Gordon (pictured – center), Marriott’s Vice President and Corporate Secretary. The award was presented during DCNBMBAA’s Annual Scholarship and Awards Fundraiser Brunch, which is designed to encourage and support African American youth pursuing higher education within business disciplines.
