Dubai will welcome 2014 with a bang by staging the world’s largest fireworks display starting from Palm Jumeirah and stretching up the city’s coastline. With more than 450,000 fireworks, this six minute long record-breaking attempt will be followed by a 15-minute display directly off the coast of Madinat Jumeirah’s 2km long pristine sandy beach.
