Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI), through its THAI Smile business unit, recently operated its inaurual flight from Bangkok to Luang Prabang, in the Lao People’s Democratic Republic (Lao PDR).
Mr. Chokchai Panyayong (fourth from right), THAI’s Senior Executive Vice President of Commercial, and His Excellency Mr. Lee Boonkham (fourth from left), Lao Ambassador to the Kingdom of Thailand, recently presided over the ceremony of THAI Smile’s inaugural flight from Bangkok to Luang Prabang. Also joining the opening ceremony at Suvarnabhumi Airport were Mrs. Soithip Trisuddhi (third from left), Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Transport and THAI Smile Board Member, Mrs. Rawewan Netrakavesna (third from right), General Manager of Suvarnabhumi Airport, Mrs. Sarinee Sangprasit (second from right), Executive Vice President Aeronautical Radio of Thailand Ltd., and Mr. Woranate Laprabang (second from left), Managing Director of THAI Smile Business Unit.
