The World Travel Awards The Oberoi, Gurgaon as the World’s Leading Luxury Hotel, 2013 for the third consecutive year. This was announced at the Grand Final Gala Ceremony held in Doha, Qatar.
Kapil Chopra, President, The Oberoi Group said that It is indeed a moment of pride for us that the Oberoi, Gurgaon has been voted World’s Leading Luxury Hotel, 2013 for the third consecutive year.
He said that the honour bestowed has been made possible by the efforts of the motivated and passionate team of the hotel. The endeavors of the hotel have always been to put the guests first and to provide warm and personalized service.
In the same awards, The Oberoi, New Delhi has been voted as the ‘India’s Leading Business Hotel’; The Oberoi Amarvilas, Agra has been voted as ‘India’s Leading Resort’ and The Oberoi, Mauritius has been voted as ‘Mauritius’ Leading Hotel’.
Described as the ‘Oscars’ of the travel and tourism industry by The Wall Street Journal, World Travel Awards are recognised globally by the travel, tourism and hospitality industry as the foremost acknowledgement of excellence in product and service.
