Apollo rewards RIU with its “Customers Choice Awards 2013″

The Swedish tour operator Apollo, part of the Swiss Kuoni Group, presented its “Apollo Customers Choice Awards 2013″, which recognises the hard work of its employees and industry partners. Mats Dahlquist (CEO Kuoni Nordic) and Takis Filippopoulos (Director of Sales Kuoni Nordic) awarded the ClubHotel Riu Paraiso Lanzarote Resort (Lanzarote) with a ‘Gold Award’ and the Riu Palmeras with a ‘Silver Award’ within the category of 3 and 4 star hotels.
These recognitions are very important for RIU because the awards, given to the best hotels, are based on customer satisfaction and recognise the excellent quality service and professionalism of the staff at the hotels in the Canary Islands.
Apollo is the third largest tour operator in Sweden and since 2011 forms part of the Scandinavian division of the Swiss Kuoni Group. Kuoni Scandinavia, which each year carries over one million passengers to different destinations around the world, the group includes Apollo Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
