Spicy romance is on the menu at Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace Budapest this February 14.
The Chef seduces the senses and indulges couples with a wonderful symphony of special spices, style and atmosphere as they revel in an evening of pure romance with famous Hungarian wines and fine cuisine in the Hotel’s Gresham Restaurant.
Tempt the palate first with an appetizer of Ginger: roasted scallops and salmon carpaccio with caviar and dill cream. Then evoke the senses with Vanilla: cocoa foie gras torchon with plums and quince apple consommé gelée; followed by Lemon: crab and spinach ravioli with grilled pepper cream; and Star Anise: veal tenderloin with almond potato purée, pumpkin, endive and dried fig granola. Before the sweet happy ending, tempt the palate with Bergamot: bubble tropical soup. For the grand finale, Tangerine: chocolate with red berry compote.
The Valentine’s Day dinner in the Gresham Restaurant is available at regular dinner hours, starting from 6:00 pm. Six-course menu is priced at HUF 23,000, with wines HUF 29,000 per person.
