Savour high quality Chinese cuisine with a celebratory feast that will usher in a wonderful year. Highlights include Steam Sea bass with Black Bean Sauce, Suckling Pig Hong Kong Style with Condiments, Bird’s Nest and Crab Meat Soup. Another treat will be a live seafood BBQ station which offers a prime selection of roasted meats such as Peking Roasted Duck, Blue Crab, Rock Lobster, River Prawn. Experience the delight of French Oyster “Fine de Claire No.4” from Normandy, France, served with Shallot Vinegar, lemon and butter & bread. A good year could use a sweet start, so a Traditional Chinese New Year dessert will also be waiting.
The buffet will be served for three nights, 31st January to 2nd February 2014, at the Beach Club restaurant in Pullman Pattaya Hotel G. It’s a beautiful resort and this is a great event to re-unite with family and old friends, bringing in a fabulous year together.
