The Thua Thien-Hue Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in association with Asia Fellow Traveller Tourism Limited Company in Hue, has received a famtrip from Indonesia to survey tourism in the city.
From November 10 to 12, 2014, the famtrip with representatives from nearly 20 travel agencies, newspapers and television stations in central coastal provinces surveyed relics and landscapes, such as My Son sanctuary, Hoi An ancient town, Non Nuoc fine art stone village, Hue imperial city, Linh Mu pagoda, Khai Dinh royal tomb and Dong Ba market.
Thua Thien-Hue introduced to the travel agents from Indonesia its potentials, strengths and tourism development trends, with the hope of attracting more tourists from the market.
