In line with Cape & Kantary Hotels’ commitment to support the prevention of cruelty to animals, the hotel group has taken a pledge to be 100% fin free in cooperation with Fin Free Thailand. Besides shark fin, the hotel group has excluded items like bird’s nest and foie gras from menus of their eight restaurant brands and seventeen properties.
