FTA release regarding Globus Appointment to Advisory Council

FTAweblogo (1)Faith Travel Association (FTA) is excited to announce the newest member of its Advisory Council, Joanna Dyer, Manager of Emerging Markets for Globus family of brands.

Globus was the first large tour operator to embrace faith-based travel and 10 of Joanna’s 14 years at Globus have been focused on this market. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to FTA’s Advisory Council, including itinerary creation, and the training, selling and marketing of faith-based “The potential for the faith-based travel market around the world is enormous,” explained Z. Allen Abbott, executive director of Faith Travel Association. “Joanna’s background and experience will provide a global perspective that will assist us strategically as we look to grow Faith Travel Association worldwide.”

 

Dyer joins other dedicated members of the Advisory Council, which meets monthly and provides guidance and tactical support for the Association. Members represent leadership in various subsectors of the faith-based travel industry and include Tina Abellanosa with Gaylord Opryland Hotel & Resort, Cindi Brodhecker with Priscilla Woman’s Tours, Edita Krunic with Select International Tours & Cruises, and Paul Larsen with Ed-Ventures. Inc.
