pittsburgh-international-airport-logo-300x67The Allegheny County Airport Authority Golf Committee is seeking golfers, sponsors and door prizes for the annual charity golf outing to be held at Noon, Monday, June 23, at Montour Heights Country Club in Coraopolis, PA.

Once again, the event will benefit Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hall & Museum as well as worthy community projects identified by the Allegheny County Airport Authority Charitable Foundation. Since 2002, the outing has raised more than $250,000 for local nonprofit organizations.

The Airport Authority Open is a shotgun scramble with many prizes and skills contests. For golfers, the event includes 18 holes of golf, cart, bucket of practice balls, lunch buffet, cocktails and dinner. Registration and lunch buffet begins at 10:30 a.m.

For sponsors, there will be plenty of recognition and promotion for their support of this important community event. Entry fees are $250 per golfer or $1,000 per foursome. Foursomes paid and received by April 19 are reduced to $950. Sponsorship opportunities for businesses and organizations range from $250 to $7,500.
